1、 Pressure range of ZMS type direct buried corrugated compensator expansion joint: the pressure of all kinds of expansion joint is the design pressure Pd (MPa) at t=20 ℃, and the pressure range is usually from vacuum to 4MPa. If there are special ultra-high pressure requirements, we can also design them specially. Before each product leaves the factory, each process shall undergo a pressure test and other required inspections. Only after meeting the standard requirements can the product leave the factory.

2、 Temperature range of ZMS direct buried corrugated compensator expansion joint: other materials can also be used according to different working conditions of customers. When the connecting pipe and lining cylinder are made of carbon steel, the operating temperature range of expansion joint is - 20 ℃~420 ℃; When the material of the connecting pipe and inner liner is stainless steel (the same as corrugated pipe), the temperature range of the product is - 196~700 ℃.

3、 Selection of expansion joint, axial expansion joint is used to absorb the axial displacement of pipeline; The transverse expansion joint is used to absorb the transverse displacement perpendicular to the axis of the expansion joint; Universal type and small pull rod lateral type can absorb displacement in 2-3 directions; Angular expansion joint are used in combination with two or three to absorb the transverse deformation of a single plane in one or more directions; The universal angle expansion joint is also used with 2-3 pieces, which can absorb the multi-directional lateral displacement in the space system. The main factors to be considered when selecting the ZMS type directly buried corrugated compensator are: the nominal pipe diameter DN - the interface size or flange standard and its connection size. Working pressure P - P ≤ Pd (design pressure) should be made, and stress assessment should be performed on the bellows. Working temperature T - Consider the temperature correction coefficient and check the design temperature. Material - depends on the nature of the medium and the operating temperature. Compensation Amount - Indicate the direction and magnitude of the displacement to be compensated (axial, lateral, and angular). Service life - consider the service life or overhaul and replacement cycle.
